Ordering
It's easy! Click Order Now at the top of the page, choose delivery or collection, browse our menu and add items to your basket. Pay securely at checkout — we accept all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Yes! You can call or WhatsApp us to place an order. Check our Locations page for contact numbers. Online ordering is faster and gets you a digital receipt.
No — you can check out as a guest. We recommend creating a free account to track your orders, save your delivery address and reorder your favourites easily.
Many of our products come in different sizes or flavour variants — you'll see these options on the product page. For large custom orders (gifts, events), please contact us directly.
Delivery
We deliver across Nelson (BB9, BB10), Rossendale (BB4, OL13), Accrington (BB5), Burnley (BB11, BB12) and surrounding areas. Use the postcode checker on our Order page to confirm.
Delivery fees vary by zone. Local deliveries (Nelson, Rossendale) are just £1.50, or free on orders over £15. The exact fee will be shown at checkout once you enter your postcode.
Most deliveries arrive within 45–60 minutes of ordering. On busy days, this may be slightly longer. We'll always let you know if there's a delay.
We deliver during opening hours. Order before 2pm for same-day delivery. Check your nearest location's hours on our Locations page.
Allergens & Ingredients
Some of our products do contain nuts or are made in an environment where nuts are used. Full allergen information is listed on each product page. Please visit our Allergen Information page or contact us before ordering if you have a nut allergy.
We are working on expanding our gluten-free range. Please check individual product pages for allergen details, or contact us to discuss your dietary requirements.

Other Questions
Yes! We love doing gift boxes, party trays and event catering. Get in touch at least 48 hours in advance for bulk orders. We offer discounts for large orders.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay online. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
As our products are fresh food, we cannot offer refunds once an order is in preparation. If there's an issue with your order — wrong item, damaged goods — please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
